(II) The specific experience as supplier in supply of similar nature goods of 5.00 lakh under one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 03(three) years;
(III) Certificate of Bank solvency/Liquid Assets Value of Tk. 6.20 Lakh (ITT Clause-9.1; From PG2-5) issued after November'2021;
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(VI) e-BIN(13 digits) registration certificate;
(VII) Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/Manufacturer (if bidder is a supplier);
(VIII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(IX) Sample of 03(three) pcs (each) Whistle, Cap Badge & Shoulder Badge must be submited to the Prisons Directorate as per sample on or before tender opening date and time.
