3)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 12 (Twelve) lac over the last 5(five) years.
4)The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 5 lac.

6) Up to dateTax Clearance Certificate.
7) VAT Registration Certificate.
8) Up to date ABC and supervisor license issued by ELB.
9) All others terms & conditions as stated in TDS.
