Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (Three) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in the supply of similar nature Goods of at least 01 (One) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least TK. 65,00,000/- (Sixty Five Lakh) under any govt., semi Govt. & Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods (similar nature) is/are : 9000 (Nine Thousand) Box with kit (01 Box + 9 different individual kit/medicine in the box) per year.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. only credit line(s) is Tk. 70,00,000/- (Seventy Lakh) only.
5. Up to date Valid Trade Licenses, Proper VAT Registrations Certificate and Up to date Suplier License from any GoB organization and Up to date Income tax clearance Certificate.
6. Satisfactory other criteria/terms and conditions laid down in the tender data sheet of the tender documents.
