Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 10000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 10000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer shall have minimum 3 (Three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
2. The Tenderer shall have specific experience for the supply of similar goods of minimum Tk 28,00,000 (Twenty Eight) in a single contract in the last 5 (Five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
3. The Tenderer shall have minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) from any Scheduled Bank, net of other contractual commitments of the amount of Tk. BDT 35,00,000.00 (Thirty-Five lakh).
4. The Tenderer shall have to submit valid Trade License, TIN with last financial year tax return slip/certificate, BIN and Mushak Challan-6.3 as per current VAT Act.
5. A Manufacturer’s Authorisation Letter is required for from Filter Manufacturer/Engine Manufacturer .The autherization letter should be As per attached format “Manufacturer’s Authorisation Letter (Form e-PG3 - 5)” . Tenders submitted without authorization from the manufacturer will not be considered for evaluation.
6. The Tenderer should supply goods from the same entity whose authorization is submitted in this Tender.
7. The Tenderer shall have to submit Certificate from the manufacturer/ tenderer confirming that the offered items are new, unused, in good condition and will fit properly in existing system without any modification.
8. Other criteria for eligibility as specified in Tender document.
