Eligibility criteria:
01. The tenderer must have general experience of 05 (five) years supply of goods.
02. A satisfactory completion supply of motor vehicle Spare parts under govt./semi govt./Autonomous organization amounting not less than TK- 3,00,000.00 (Three Lakh) only as a prime contractor in a single contract within last 05 (Five) years.
03. The required average annual turnover TK- 3.00 (Three lakh) only over last 03 (Three) years.
04. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be TK- 3.00 (Three lakh) only which shall be supported by a bank statement and the statement will not before the tender publication date in the e-GP portal. Tenderer those will submit credit facilities from the bank they should submit a letter of commitment for banks undertaking for a line of credit (from PW3-7)
05. The tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the contract.
06. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
07. Joint Venture/Consortium shall not be eligible for this tender.
08. The tenderer must have Valid Trade License, VAT registration Certificate, TIN Certificate with Up-to date income tax return certificate/ acknowledgement slip.
