Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 833333 ~ 2500000.

Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer must be registered in e-GP Portal.

The Tenderer shall have minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) from any Scheduled Bank, net of other contractual commitments of the amount of Tk. 11,00,000/- (Eleven Lakh Taka only).

The Tenderer shall have valid Trade License, TIN with last financial year tax return slip/certificate, BIN and Mushak Challan-6.3 as per current VAT Act.

The Tenderer shall have to submit Guarantee Certificate from the manufacturer/ tenderer confirming that the offered items are new, unused, in good condition and will fit properly in existing system without any modification.

The Tenderer shall have to submit Warantee Certificate from the manufacturer/ tenderer stating that the offered items will operate satisfactorily during the warranty period as stated under GCC 13.1 of PCC.

Other criteria for eligibility as specified in Tender document.

Note:

The supplier/contractor has to install its supplied CPU at the existing system. After successful installation of the CPU, Consignee will issue Work Completion Certificate.
