Eligibility criteria:
Any Bangladeshi tenderer registered in the e-GP system having the following minimum qualification criteria:
1. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services.
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods of minimum Tk. 2,40,000.00 (Two lac forty thousand) under a single contract in the last 05 (Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system. Supply of similar goods means Furniture;
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 2,20,000.00 (Two lac twenty thousand). (Supporting bank document(s) should be issued not more than 15 days before the date of submission of tender.)
4. Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter is required from original manufacturer or authorized dealers and retailers in Bangladesh for furniture.
5.The minimum supply and/or production capacity of goods is/ are: Manufacturer's Production Capacity for Office furniture (Special Lab Table(With SS Tower), Fire proof movile Rack, Sofa, Workstation, Special Bookself, Steel waiting Chair etc) shall be minimum 40 per year;
6. Standard : ISO 9001:2008;
7. Identification mark: Hologram and Monogram Sticker;
8. Color Catalogue required.
