Eligibility criteria:
Tenderers shall have to submit the following documents :
1. Up to date Trade License.
2. Up to date TIN Certificate .
3. VAT Registration Certificate
4. Up to date Dhaka WASA enlistment certificate.
5. Tenderer shall submit the Gas Cylinder godown / storage papers.
6. Tenderer shall submit the Liquid Asset related documents. ( ITT Clause 9.1)
7. Tenderer shall submit the list of Key Technical Personnel ( ITT Clause 10.1)
8. Tenderer shall submit the list of Necessary Equipment (ITT Clause 11.1)
9. Tenderer shall must submit the up to date licence from the directorate of "Explosive Department" including chlorine gas handling facilities.
10. All other Terms & Condition will be followed by latest amendment of PPR-2008.
