Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer must has to be registered on e-GP Portal with a valid trade license, TIN certificate and VAT Registration.
2. Tenderer only from Bangladesh can participate to the tender and Tenderer should fulfill all criteria’s which are stated in TDS.
3. Tenderer must need to submit similar nature work certificate, annual construction turnover certificate and liquid assets certificate.
4. Payment will be made subject to budget allocation & availability of fund but the work must be continued and propotionate progress must be achieved.
5. Any individual Tender (s)/firm (s) who fulfill the qualification (s) criteria stipulated in the Standard Tender Document including Tender data sheet and PPR-2008.
6. Tenderer must submit the Letter of Commitment for Banks undertaking for Line of Credit from any Schedule Bank of Bangladesh. Any change in the uploaded Form will not be considered. Form has been attached in Section-7 (General Specification).
7. Work certificate which is issued by the PE (Procuring Entity) only is considered for turnover calculation. Other work certificates are not being considered.
8. If any important documents will not be downloaded after tender opening process the tenderer should be treated as non-responsive.
9. The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased.
10.The Tenderers will visit and examine the site with his own responsibility & expenses and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering into a Contract for performance of the works.
12.Latest GoB circular on procurement of works will be applicable.
13. If the Tenderer(s) submit(s) any false/incorrect or forged certificate, the tender will be rejected and action as per PPR-2008 will be initiated.
