Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 500000 ~ 1500000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tenders is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below:
a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) Years general experience in Construction works.
b) Having experience in Successfully/Substantially completion of at least 1(one) Number of similar type Building construction/repair work amount of Tk. 3.00 (Three) Lacs. in a single Tender During last 5(five) years. Certificate of authentication in respect of the work should have to be furnished by the Tender along with Tender documents in the following manner as applicable.
c) Tenderers shall have a minimum average Annual Construction Turn over Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen) Lacs. during last 05 (five) years. Payment certificate/Work Certificate issued by competent authority shall be accepted as proof of turnover.
d) The Tenderer shall have minimum Liquid Assets or Cash flow/credit facilities shall be Tk. 5.0 (Five) Lacs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the Tender and must be inprescribed form of STD.
e) The Minimum tender Capacity shall be Tk. 4 (Four) Lacs.
f) As per latest Amendment of PPR-2008 and according to ITT clause no. 30.3,Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
g) Following mentioned documents to be submitted:
i. Up-to-Date (2021-2022) Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
ii. Up-to-Date Valid VAT Registration Certificate.
iii. Up-to-Date Trade License.
