Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 13333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 40000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 13333333 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The intending Tenderer must have valid Trade License, VAT & Income Tax clearance certificate, Valid ABC Electrical & Supervisory license.
2. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 years of overall experience in the construction field.
3. The Tenderer shall have at least 02 similar type of experiences as Contractor for Supply, Construction, Installation & Commissioning of minimum 33KV Transmission Line, none of which has contract value is less than BDT 1,25,00,000.00 (One Crore Twenty-Five Lac) under Bangladesh Power Development Board or any other Government / Semi-Government organization within last 03 years and those are Certified by End User.
4. The Tenderer shall have at least 01 experiences as Contractor for Supply & Installation of steel pole of minimum 18 (Eighteen) Meter which has contract value not less than BDT 1,25,00,000.00 (One Crore Twenty-Five Lac) under Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB) or any other Government / Semi-Government organization within last 02 years and which is Certified by End User.
5. The End User Certificate shall mention Name of the Work, Contract Date, Date of Completion, name of the Contractor. The Certificate shall be duly Signed, Sealed & Dated by the competent authority (not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent) with name, address, phone number & e-mail address of the issuing authority.
6. The Tenderer shall have a minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital [steady balance for Last 6 months] or credit facility issued by any schedule Bank of Bangladesh mentioning the Tender Invitation Number, Name of the Tender, Name of the Procuring Entity and Amount not less than BDT 1,25,00,000.00
7. Minimum average annual construction turnover shall be BDT 6,00,00,000.00 (Six Crore) in any 03 years within last 05 years which shall be supported by Audit Report.
8. The Minimum Tender Capacity shall be BDT 1,25,00,000.00
