Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer should have valid Trade License, TIN with last Financial year tax return acknowledgement slip, 13 Digit BIN and Mushak Challan-6.3 as per current VAT Act., Income tax return Acknowledgement slip of last Financial Year.
2. The Tenderer shall have minimum 3 (Three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
3. The Tenderer shall have specific experience for the supply of similar goods (MV & LV System Breakers & Relay) of minimum BDT 6500000 (Sixty Five) Lac under maximum 3 (Three) contracts in the last 5 (Five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
4. The Tenderer shall have minimum amount of liquid assets of BDT 9600000 (Ninety Six) Lac.
5. Other criteria for eligibility as specified in Tender document.
Note: Tenderer should visit Gazipur 105 MW HFO Fired Power Plant before submission of the Tender.
