Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 8000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2666666 ~ 8000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of similar nature successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, each with a value of at least TK. 17,00,000/- (Seventeen Lakh) under any govt., semi Govt. & Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than TK. 26,50,000/- (Twenty Six Lakh Fifty Thousand) over the last 03 (Three) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. only Credit line(s) (submit as per format attached in in section 08;Particular Specifications) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 23,50,000/- (Twenty Three Lakh Fifty Thousand).
5. Up to date Valid Trade Licenses as a civil Construction contractor.
6. Proper VAT Registrations Certificate as a Construction Firm.
7. Satisfactory other criteria laid down in the tender data sheet and additional terms and conditions of the tender documents.
