* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1666666 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of similar nature successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, each with a value of at least TK. 9,75,000/- (Nine Lakh Seventy Five Thousand) under any govt., semi Govt. & Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than TK. 17,50,000/- (Seventeen Lakh Fifty Thousand) over the last 03 (Three) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. only Credit line(s) (submit as per format attached in in section 08;Particular Specifications) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 15,00,000/- (Fifteen Lakh).
5. Up to date Valid Trade Licenses as a civil Construction contractor.
6. Proper VAT Registrations Certificate as a Construction Firm.
7. Satisfactory other criteria laid down in the tender data sheet and additional terms and conditions of the tender documents.
