Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer should have valid Trade License, TIN with last Financial year tax return acknowledgement slip, 13 Digit BIN and as per current VAT Act., Income tax return Acknowledgement slip of last Financial Year.
2. 02(Two) years General Experience of supply of goods
3.The Tenderer shall have specific experience for the supply of similar goods (Supply of Charge Air Filter, Ventilation Air Filter or Any Others Filter/Making) of minimum BDT 8,00,000.00 (Eight) Lac under maximum Two contract in the last 5 (Five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
4. End user certificate must be submitted along with tender. Tender without end user certificate, will not be considered for evaluation.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Tk. 12,00,000.00 (Twelve Lac)
6. Supplier has to complete the delivery of goods within 60(Sixty) days from the date of signing contract.
7. The Tenderer must submit sample filter as per specification (with Any media) within the last date of tender at Gazipur 52 MW Power Plant, Kadda, Gazipur and collect received copy from plant. Sample received copy must be submitted with the tender.
