* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 16666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 50000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20000001 ~ 50000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a)The Tenderer must have the technical personnel having minimum 5 years of experience and training on installation and maintenance on Medical Gas Pipeline System.
b) Satisfactory completion of Medical Gas and Vacuum Pipe System worth not less than Tk. 1,35,00,000.00 (One Crore Thirty Five Lac) only in a single contract within the last 5 (five) years.
c) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1,80,00,000.00 (One Crore Eighty Lac). Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form i.e: in PW2a-7 form published by CPTU
d)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 2,26,00,000.00 (Two crore Tweenty Six Lac Taka) over the last 5(Five) years. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to be submitted with all supporting documents. For Turnover calculation, Financial Year wise payment Certificate from Concern PE is required.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 1,80,00,000.00 (One Crore Eighty Lac).
6. The Tender must possess Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Valid VAT Registration Certificate, Trade License, ABC Category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board of Bangladesh.
7. All other eligibility and prequalification will be counted as per TDS, PCC & ITT.
