Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 20000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6666666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 6 years.
b. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works at least 1 (one) contract successfully completed RCC building including civil, Internal sanitary and Internal electrification works in government/ semi government/autonomous organizations within the last 5 years with a value of at least Tk. 60,00,000.00 (Sixty Lac).
c) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 70,00,000.00 (Seventy Lac). Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form i.e: in PW3-D form published by CPTU.Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
d)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 4,60,00,000.00 (Four crore Sixty lac) over the last 5(Five) years. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to be submitted with all supporting documents. For Turnover calculation, Financial Year wise payment Certificate from Concern PE is required.
e. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 75,00,000.00 (Seventy five Lac).
f. The Tender must possess Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Valid VAT Registration Certificate, Trade License, ABC Category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board of Bangladesh.
g. All other eligibility and prequalification will be counted as per TDS, PCC & ITT.
