Brief Description of Package: Manufacturing, Supplying & Fixing Furniture at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Centinial Tungipara Upazila in Gopalganj District under the Project of Establishment of 40 (forty) Technical Training Centre (TTC) at Upazila Level and 01 (one) Institute of Marine Technology (IMT) at Chittagong.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 14666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 44000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 14666666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This IFT is open for all eligible Reputed Contractors who have the following eligibility Criteria as mentioned below:
(a). The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction of similar nature of works, (Wooden & Steel furniture) i.e. any Wooden & Steel furniture manufacture successfully completed within the last five (05) years with a value of at least Tk 90.00 Lac of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
The above experience/ work completion certificate shall have to be submitted as follows:
In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
In case of work done any Govt./Semi-Govt organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and duly verified by the Concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
(b). The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk 90.00 Lac for within the last five (05) years.
(c). The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 100.00 Lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
(d) Up-to-date valid Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate from the NBR with TIN & e-BIN Certificate
(e) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in TDS & PCC of tender documents.
