Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 700000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2100000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 700000 ~ 2100000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer should have valid Trade License, TIN with last Financial year tax return acknowledgement slip, 13 Digit BIN and as per current VAT Act., Income tax return Acknowledgement slip of last Financial Year.
2. 02(Two) years General Experience of supply of goods
3.The Tenderer shall have specific experience for the supply of similar goods (AC Supply and Installation) of minimum BDT 6,00,000.00 (Six) Lac under maximum Two contract in the last 5 (Five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
4. End user certificate must be submitted along with tender. Tender without end user certificate, will not be considered for evaluation.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Tk. 9,00,000.00 (Nine Lac)
6. Bank Solvancy certificate
7. The period of validity of the Warranty shall be : 12(Twelve) Months.
8. Manufacturer's authorization is required. In case of supplies from the Distributor/ Dealer/ Agent/ Sub-agent of the manufacturer, Authorization letter along with the proof of authorized distributorship/ dealership/ Agent ship/ Sub-agent ship has to be submitted.
The Tenderer should supply goods from the same entity whose authorization is submitted in this Tender.
9. Acceptable brands are General, Panasonic, LG, Hitachi and Gree.
