Brief Description of Package: Selection of Outsourcing Manpower Supply Firm by Outsourcing Process for Pabna O&M Circle, BWDB, Pabna and Pabna O&M Division, BWDB, Pabna under Pabna O&M Division, BWDB, Pabna during the FY 2021-22 (Period: April/22 to June/22).
Please attention to this Note:
i). The Procurement of Non-Consulting Service (PSN) document will be applicable for this procurement which has been uploaded in section -7.
ii). This Tender will be evaluated according to the rules & guidelines of ITT, TDS, GCC, PCC, Activity Schedule &various PSN document forms etc.(That contains qualification criteria, evaluation criteria, sub-criteria , the point/mark against various sub - criteria & others related conditions) of the uploaded PSN document in the section-7.
iii). The relevant PSN document of this tender/work contains several section such as ITT, TDS, GCC, PCC, Activity Schedule, various PSN document forms and various appendices etc. which are uploaded in the section -7.
iv). The tenderers strictly follow the instructions of this uploaded /scanned PSN documents in the section-7.
Tender Document Price: Tk. 1000;
Tender Security: 45000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1500000 ~ 4500000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Only e-GP registered Tenderer/Firms can participate to the Tender.
2. Tenderer should fulfill all criterias which are stated in TDS.
3. Tenderer should submit their credit line facility/Liquid assets certificate according to attached format (From PSN-5, in section-7). Without credit line facility/Liquid assets certificate according to attached format tender declare a nonresponsive.
4. Payment will be made upon availability of fund and after Qualification of Services Measurement by BWDB's office . For this no claim will entertain.
5. Quoted amount filled properly in the activity schedule by the tenderer s/he will be non-responsive.
6. After completion the tender opening process. If disable to download the important documents of the tender. Which consider to tender evaluation. In order to the tender may be treated as non-responsive.
7. The Tenderers will submit all documents for man power supply of his own responsibility & expenses and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering into a Contract for performance of the works.
8. Latest GoB circular on procurement of works will be applicable.
9. Evaluation will be done on the basis of the all qualification criterion of man power which are described attached PSN document in the section-7.. So, authenticated information along with documents will have to be incorporated with the tender. Actual certificate will have to clearly mentioned in the submitted documents as per uploaded PSN in section -7.
10. Arrangement of manpower for non-consulting services (if any) need to be made by the tenderer and no claim in this regard will be entertained.
11. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject/ extend the service time of manpower any/all tender(s) without showing any reason
