Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2333333 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
(A) The Tenderer must have experience of similar works (Handling, loading/unloading& transporting/transferring of Generator stator/rotor or Alternator or Power Transformer (weight not less than 35MT)) of minimum BDT 15,00,000.00 (Fifteen Lakh Taka) for any generation utilities / substation capacity not less than 100MW or equivalent under a single contract in the last seven years. Documentary evidence (Completion certificate/Provisional acceptance certificate/Final acceptance certificate/End user certificate) must be submitted in favour of the said experience. In case of absence of final contract price in the documentary evidence, relevant Notification of Award (NOA)/Work order/Contract agreement must be submitted. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(B) The tenderer can bid on the basis of experience, resource/specialized manpower deployment, and/or technology transfer from associate partner. In that case, experience criteria will be same as mentioned in (A) and only partner(firm)’s experience will be considered as the experience of the tenderer. But an agreement between the tenderer and their associate partner(mentioning the tender name and reference number) must be submitted.
Supporting documents for the above points must be submitted by the tenderer,otherwise the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.
