Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following documents:
i. Up-to-date valid Trade License 2021-2022
ii. Tax Identification Number (TIN)
iii. VAT and BIN Registration Number/ Certificate
iv. up-to-date Income Tax Certificate /income tax payment document
v. Certificate Incorporation ( for limited company)
vi. Affidavit of Ownership ( for private company)
vii. Affidavit of legal capacity for authorized person.(optional)
viii. Letter of credit Commitment from Bank mentioning this project amounting taka 53,00,000 (TK. FIFTY-THREE LAKH) only.
ix. Original Catalogue /Drawing must have submitted.
x. Bank Statement in any schedule Bank of Bangladesh in the last 1 (One) Year.
xi. Original copy of the Manufacturer/Distribution Authorization Letter
xii. A minimum of 05 (five) years General Experience Certificate in the supply of Goods in any office of Govt. Semi-Govt. Autonomous,Govt. Corporation, Govt. Financial Institutes/ Offices.
xiii. Experience Certificate in favour of satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum taka 47,00,000 (TK. FOURTY-SEVEN LAKH) only in a single contract or in summation of 2 ( two ) contracts within last three years of date of tender publication in any office of Govt. Semi-Govt. Autonomous, Govt. Corporation, Govt. Financial Instituates/ Offices.
xiv) The contract will be continued for 3 years, valid under frame work agreement of PPR. Bidder should oblige to supply goods at same price as per need of the institution for the period.
