Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following documents:
i. Up-to-date valid Trade License 2021-2022
ii. Tax Identification Number (TIN)
iii. VAT and BIN Registration Number/ Certificate
iv. up-to-date Income Tax Certificate /income tax payment document
v. Certificate Incorporation ( for limited company)
vi. Affidavit of Ownership ( for private company)
vii. Affidavit of legal capacity for authorized person.(optional)
viii. Letter of credit Commitment from Bank mentioning this project amounting taka 2,10,00,000 (Taka Twenty Five Lac) only.
ix. Original Catalogue /Drawing must have submitted.
x. Bank Statement in any schedule Bank of Bangladesh in the last 1 (One) Year.
xi. Original copy of the Manufacturer/Distribution Authorization Letter
xii. A minimum of 05 (five) years General Experience Certificate in the supply of Goods in any office of Govt. Semi-Govt. Autonomous,Govt. Corporation, Govt. Financial Institutes/ Offices.
xiii. Experience Certificate in favour of satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum taka 1,85,00,000 (TK. ONE CRORE EIGHTY-FIVE LAKH) only in a single contract or in summation of 2 (two) contracts within last three years of date of tender publication in any office of Govt. Semi-Govt. Autonomous, Govt. Corporation, Govt. Financial Instituates/ Offices.
xiv) The price list of required reagents and consumables would be submitted. Tenderer should supply reagents and consumable as need basis at the same rate for next 3 years .
