Brief Description of Package: Name of the work:CONSTRUCTION OF MUSEUM BUILDING INCLUDING AUDITORIUM AT BANGABANDHU BRIDGE AREA,BHUAPUR, TANGAIL UNDER BANGLADESH BRIDGE AUTHORITY. (BBA).
The Works consist of Civil Works, Internal Sanitation & Plumbing Works, Internal Electrical & Fire Fighting Works, Roads, Drainage & Landscaping , VRF Air Conditioning System, Sub-Station Building, Software Management system, 1000 KVA Sub-Station, Interior Decoration Work (Office & Display Area), Software Management system etc.

Tender Security: 6000000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 200000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 600000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 200000000 ~ 600000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 5 (Five) years.
2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in RCC Construction works of at least 01 contract(s) of Museum/ Auditorium/ Shilpokola Academy building with RCC foundation of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 10(ten) years(Date will be calculated from the date of publication of IFT) with a value of at least Tk. 17,00,00,000.00 (Seventeen crore) in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization.
The experience should be certified by designated officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer
3). The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk 24 (twenty-Four) Crore over the last best three (3) years in the last five (5) financial years. Financial year wise payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 4 (Four) Crore.
5). The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 18,00,00,000.00 (18 crore)
6. The Tenderer must possess up-to-date trade license, ABC License, BIN, TIN etc.
