4. Payment will be on the availability of fund.
5. Scope of work/ contract price may be reduced depending on the actual field conditions.
6. the contractor must visit the site and get acquainted with the condition of the site, the scope of works and available work space before tendering.
7. No fees will be provided for preparation and submission of the offer.
8. Cost of Testing will entilerly bear by the contractor himself. No extra charge will be entertained in this purpose.
9. Pre-work & post work still pictures & videos are to be arranged before submission of bill by the contractor at his own cost.
