uploaded in section-7. This tender will be evaluated according to the rules & guidelines of ITT, TDS, GCC, PCC, activity schedule,
and various forms etc. (that contains qualification criteria, evaluation criteria, sub-criteria, the point/mark against various subcriteria
and other related conditions) of the PSN document. The relevant PSN document of this tender/work contains several
sections such as ITT, TDS, GCC, PCC, various PSN forms, activity schedule, and various appendixes etc. which are uploaded in
section-7. The tenderers are requested to strictly follow the instructions of these uploaded/scanned sections of PSN document.
2. Tenderer has to submit list of personnel for each post, CV of all personnel, filled up excel sheet regarding the information of
outsourcing personnel given in Appendix-D and experience certificate.
3. Original copy of relevant documents to be showed to the recruitment committee.
4. Service provider/personnel needs to appear for interview to the authority on date and place as specified by PE.
