Eligibility criteria:
i) Copy of valid manufacturer/authorized distributorship certificate/Re-Seller Certificate from manufacturer/authorized distributorship (where applicable) ii) Copy of valid Trade License of current year iii) Copy of current year Income Tax Return Certificate iv) Copy of valid VAT Registration (11 digits)/BIN Certificate v) Copy of proprietorship/partnership deed/memorandum of association/ certificate of Incorporation vi) Letter naming the person authorized to sign on behalf of the Bidder vii) Value is to be quoted on the basis of supplying items at LRS P&LS Admin Building Biman HSIA Dhaka basis viii) Payment will be made after delivery of items through cheque ix) Bidder shall mention the Brand country of origin/Made in and warranty of the item (where applicable). A brochure/leaflet is also to be submitted along with the tender documents x) LD charge will be paid by the supplier at the rate of 2% of the contract value per month or part of a month xi) Supplied items must be accompanied by 2 copies of suppliers challan showing items description quantity packing list etc. addressing to Manager Commercial Store P&LS Directorate Biman HSIA Dhaka. The inspection & tests shall be conducted at the LRS, Admin Building, HSIA, Dhaka. If items are rejected by the Inspection Committee rejected items must be replaced within one week at suppliers risk and expenses (xii) Biman Bangladesh Airlines reserves the right either to increase/decrease the quantities mentioned in the Tender Schedule and to accept or reject any/all Tenders without assigning any reason thereof. xiii) L/D will be paid by the supplier at the rate of 02% of the contract value per month or part of a month.
