Eligibility criteria:
1. The tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the contract and have not been declared ineligible/black listed by any competent authority.
2. The Tenderer shall be the manufacturer / authorized dealer / distributor/ reseller/ Authorized partner.
3. The Tenderer shall have minimum 05 (five) years over all Experience. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
4. The Tenderer must have work experience minimum 02 (Two) number supply contract of similar type of Govt./ Autonomous / semi-Govt. project. The tenderer must be submitted Completion / Performance certificates. Otherwise the tenderer would be treated as Non-Responsive.
5. The Tenderer should have work experience 02 (two) Crore taka in Single contract within last 05 (five) years. The tenderer must be submitted Completion certificates. Otherwise the tenderer would be treated as Non-Responsive.
