Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 266666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 800000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 266666 ~ 800000.

Eligibility criteria:
(i) Copy of valid manufacturer/authorized distributorship certificate from manufacturer (where applicable).
(ii) Copy of valid Trade License of current year.
(iii) Copy of current year Income Tax Return Certificate.
(iv) Copy of Up-to-date (i.e. having 11 digits) valid VAT Registration Certificate or BIN Certificate.
(v) Copy of proprietorship/partnership deed/memorandum of association/certificate of Incorporation.
(vi) Letter naming the person authorized to sign on behalf of the Bidder.
(vii) Value is to be quoted on the basis of supplying items at Local Receive Section, Procurement & Logistic Support Directorate, Admin. Building, Biman, Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Dhaka basis.
(viii) The work will cover supply, installation, testing, commissioning of different capacity split type air-conditioner including 02 (Two) years full warranty as specified in this tender’s BoQ & technical specifications.The contractor shall submit the list of technical personnel who will be engaged in installation and maintenance job and shall submit full particular, name, qualification and experience to the authority for approval and should inform in writing any change of persons with necessary information mentioned above as and when required.
(ix) The contractor shall ensure smooth operation, thorough checking maintenance & servicing of the equipment as suggested by manufacturer & standard practice up to satisfaction of Biman.
