2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 35.00 Lac (Thirty five lac) over the last 5 (Five) years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 28.00 Lac (Twenty eight lac) only.
4. Quoted rate of the tenderer must be compatible to the present market price. Otherwise, the tenderer will be considered as ineligible.
