(b) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.173.00 (One hundred Seventy three) Lakh over the last 5(Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(c) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk.138.00( One hunddred thirty eight)Lakh.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.43.00(forty three)Lakh.In case of liquid assets, statement (print) of bank accounts of the bidder issued within 1 month before bid submission deadline; in case of working capital, the last year audited balance sheet of the bidder; in case of credit facilities, the certificate issued by the schedule bank according to CPTU prescribed form referencing to this Package No: UIIP-BC/PCO/W-536
