Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 15000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 45000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 15000000 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum Five (5) years of general experience in construction works.
b) Having experience as a Prime Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of R.C.C Construction work of Tk 120 (One Hundred Twenty) lakh in a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years. In case of the work done other than PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer, PWD, of that division.
c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk.360.00 (Three Hundred Sixty) lakh. Only Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector to be submitted along with tender for calculation of average annual construction turnover.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 160.00(One Hundred Sixty) lakh in the prescribed form (PW3-7) The cash credit Amount must be un-Consumed/unutilized.
e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 125.00 (One Hundred Twenty Five) lakh. To calculate minimum tender capacity the tenderer must submit list of contract agreement, up to date payment certificates for on-going and completed contract under any public sectors for the year in which maximum value of works performed within 5 years.
f) The tenderer must possess Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, Valid VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date trade license.
g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender data sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
