* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 333333 ~ 1000000.

Eligibility criteria:
01. As the spare parts will be used in Instrument Air Compressor, bidder must submit necessary printed catalogue/leaflet and e-mail, website contract no. etc as supporting docoment of the manufacturer in proof of thier manufacturing of such spares. As proof of their experience the bidder must also submitt work orders of past few years. 
 
02. Tender must be submitted in “Single Stage Two Envelope” method.
 
03. Bidder must approve sample from the user department before final delivery of the goods.
 
04. A warranty period of 06 (Six) months must be given for the supplied goods from the date of delivery. If any dimensional/ material fault is found during the warranty period, supplier must correct/change the faulty goods unconditionally.
 
05. 10% amount from the total bill will be preserved as security deposit and will be paid upon successful completion of warranty period and satisfactory response from the user department.
 
06. Tender would be evaluated on “Total Lowest Basis” method.
