b) The Tenderers shall have Experience of similar nature of work having contract amount of Tk. 70.00 (Seventy) lac in a single contract within the last 5 (five) years.
c) The Tenderers shall have average annual construction turnover greater than Tk. 100.00 (One Hundred) lac over the last 05 (five) years. (The Annual Construction Turnover shall be counted by payment Certificate).
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 75.00 (Seventy five) lac
e) The Tenderers shall have The Minimum Tender Capacity of Tk. 75.00 (Seventy five) lac.
f) The Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected as per ITT Clause 30.3
g) If the total quoted price is more than 5% (five percent) less/above than the Engineer’s Estimate the tenderer must submit an item-wise Analysis of Rates along with tender.
h) A list of year-wise breakdown of turnover must be submitted with the payment certificate. Failing to submit the mentioned documents/certificates, the tender will not be evaluated.
i) For submission of any false information and documents shall consider the Tenderer Non-Responsive and be De-barred.
