Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 15000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 45000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 15000000 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
(a)General experience: Reputed Contactors/ Construction firms having general experience in construction works for 05 (Five) year's minimum.
(b) Specific Experience: Must have successful completion of at least 1(one) number Similar Nature works of Government / semi-Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years minimum amounting TK.120(One Hundred Twenty) Lac, in a single contract. Last 5 (Five) years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(c)The Tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over amounting TK.210(Two Hundred Ten) Lac, this must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress work completed under public sector during last 5 (Five) years
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting TK.100(One Hundred) Lac from any registered bank branches, Document (Original Copy Only) Map with the tender and must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose which is attached in Tender Documents of Section-5: Tender & Contract Form [Form PW2-3].
(e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk. 120(One Hundred Twenty) Lac.

(f) Tenderer must have Updated renewed license from respective government organization.
(g) Tenderers having delayed works in any division of HED, circle-2 will be considered as technically non-responsive.
