Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 73333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 220000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 73333333 ~ 220000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Electromechanical works shall be 05 years.
(b) (i) The minimum specific experience as a Tenderer in successfully supplying of similar works or related services appraised not less than Tk. 450.00 Lakhs, at least a single contract in Government/ Semi government/ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh during last 05 years.
(ii) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority should be the concerned Executive Engineer.
(iii) In case of the work done for successfully completion under any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate will be duly verified and authenticated by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. (c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 financial year of Tk. 1000.00 Lakhs. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of construction turnover.
(d) The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ Cash flow capacity/ Credit facilities/ Credit line Tk. 250.00 Lakhs only and must be certified within 28 days up to the las date of lodgement of the Tender and must must be followed by the appropriate format (pw3-7). (e) The Tenderer must possess: (i) Up-to-date valid Trade License. (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate. (iii) Valid VAT registration Certificate. (iv) Up-to-date valid ABC Electrical Contractory & Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board. (f) All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC, TDS & PCC, Which strictly should be followed.
