* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 13000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 13000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 05 (five) years.
b) The Tenderer shall have a satisfactory completion of civil maintenance works of at least Taka 30,00,000.00 (Thirty Lac) under a single contract over a period of last 03 (three) years.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 40,00,000.00 (Forty Lac).
d) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Taka 25,00,000.00 (Twenty Five Lac) over the last 05 (five) years.
e) The Tenderer should have valid Trade License, should be financially solvent, Income Tax payee, should have the legal capacity to enter in to the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of Procurement policy-2015 of Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh Ltd.
