The Tenderer Must be Submitted The Following Document:

2. Valid VAT Registration Certificate.
3. Up to Date Income Tax Certificate
4. Bank Solvency Certificate.
5.Tenderer shall have to submit authorization letter from manufacturer (OEM) or its authorized distributor
or authorized sales office (Tenderer shall submit distributor or sales office certificate issued by OEM. The
authorization letter shall mention e-mail address, telephone/fax, designation with details address, website
address of the manufacturer representative/authorized person duly signed in the official pad. BPDB
authority will communicate or verify during evaluation stage at the mentioned address for confirmation of
the authorization. If there is no response received from the manufacturer entities, the bid will be subjected
to rejection) or Similar goods supply expeirence certificate from any Goverment / Semi Goverment/
Autonomous body.
6. Tenderer must be submitted OEM product catalauge and product Warrenty Guarrentee ducument.
7.If any False/forged information is provided by the Organization/Firm/Company in the above Database or if such false/forged information is identified during Tender Evaluation or at any stage/time, then any legal action can be taken against the Organization/Firm/Company according to the Rule 127 of PPR 2008.
