Eligibility criteria:
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Reputed construction contractors/Firms who have minimum 10 (ten) years of Genarel experience in construction works.
b) Having experience in successfully completion of at least 01(one) number of 4 storied building works in/c sanitary water supply and electrical supply works such as Lift ,(ABC License) of similar nature and volume of a single work order of Tk. minimum Tk 50.00 Lakh in last 5(five) years in any Government Department /Semi- Government Department/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh (from FY-2016-2017 to 2020-2021and to date)
c) The tenderer must have minimum liquid Asset / Credit facilities /working capital of TK. 20.00 lakh BDT of any schedule bank within the period of invitation of tender and submission of tender along with bank statement.
d) Who have minimum annual average constructional turn over in the last 05 (five) financial years ( FY-2016-2017 to 2020-2021) years of Tk. 3000.00 lakh
e) Tenderer who possessed : i) Valid trade license (Up to date) ii) Up to date VAT registration Certificate iii) Up to date Income Tax Certificate iv) NID card.
f) The Fees for downloading the e-Tender documents from the National e-GP System portal have to be deposited online through any registered Bank's Branched up to 17:00 on 8/06/2022.
g) Performance security may be imposed 25% incase of 10% less considering market condition.
i) The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason what so ever.
j) Satisfy other criteria laid down in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
