Brief Description of Package: 1) Construction of 2 Storied office building with 3 storied foundation of upazila scout Bhaban at aditmari, Lalmonirhat and Renovation,works of Existing Zilla Scouts Bhaban at Lalmonirhat.
02) Reinforcement with steel shuttering, Civil Construction : Sub & Super Structure, Finishing & Interior, Sanitary & water supply, Internal & External Electrification, AC, CCTV Surveillance, Networking and Telecommunication, Road, Landscape and related other works etc. and Renovation works.
03) Other ancillary works as described in BOQ.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 9166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 27500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 9166666 ~ 27500000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 3 (Three) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of similar nature successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least TK. 65,00,000/- (Sixty Five Lakh) under any govt., semi Govt. & Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than TK. 60,00,000/- (Sixty Lakh) over the last 5 (five) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. only Credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 45,00,000/- (Forty Five Lakh).
5. Up to date Valid Trade Licenses as a civil Construction contractor.
6. Proper VAT Registrations Certificate as a Construction Firm.
7. Up to date contractors License from PWD or any other GoB organization and Up to date Income tax clearance Certificate.
8. Satisfactory other criteria laid down in the tender data sheet and additional terms and conditions of the tender documents
