Eligibility criteria:
A) The reputed tenderer shall have minimum 5 years of general experience in building construction and repair works.

B) Satisfactory completion of similar nature of work worth not less than Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies of Bangladesh during last 5 years.

C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 years amounting of Tk. 50.00 (fifty) Lakh.
D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital/credit line of the tenderer shall be Tk. 30.00 (Thirty ) Lakh in standard tender document format from scheduled bank of Bangldesh.

E) Up-to date Trade License, up to date ABC and supervisory license, up-to date Income Tax Clearance and up-to date VAT Registration Certificate .

F) All other conditions as mentioned in TDS, Section-2 , Section-4 and tenderer must follow every format of standard tender document.
