Eligibility criteria:
(a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
(b) The satisfactory completion of supply of mechanical spare parts to Power Sector of Taka minimum 30,00,000/- (Thirty Lac) under single contracts in the last 03 (Three) years.
(c) The Tenderer shall have update the minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Taka 30,00,000/- (Thirty Lac). Issue date of Bank certificate/ balance sheet regarding liquid asset must be in three month before tender closing date.
(d) The Tenderer should have valid Trade License, should be financially solvent, Income Tax payee, should have the legal capacity to enter in to the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of Procurement policy-2015 of Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh Ltd.
