c) The Tenderers shall have average annual construction turnover greater than Tk. 49.00 ( Forty Nine) lac over the last 05 (five) years. (The Annual Construction Turnover shall be counted by payment Certificate).
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 35.00 (Thirty five) lac
e) The Tenderers shall have The Minimum Tender Capacity of Tk. 35.00 (Thirty five) lac
f) The Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected as per ITT Clause 30.3
