Eligibility criteria:
a) Manufacturer Authorization/Dealership/Agencyship Certificate (Form e-PG3 - 5).
b) A minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience in the supply of Lift and related services.
c) The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of Passenger/Bed Lift and related services of at least 01 contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 320.00 Lakh under any Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous body/Private Organization in Bangladesh.
i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concern Executive Engineer. ii) In case of work done under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous body/ Private Organization in Bangladesh other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be the Officer not below the rank of ExEn of PWD and the same should be duly authenticated by the concerned EXEN, PWD of that area.
iii) Completion/Acceptence certificate proving specific experience must be in appropriate form as attached with STD PG-3. (Form-A)
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 320.00 Lakh in proper Format
e) Valid Trade License
f) TIN Certificate
g) VAT Certificate
h) Updated ABC Category Contractorship and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board of Bangladesh.
i) All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender data Sheet (TDS) & Tender documents.
j)The Successful bidder shall Maintain & Service the installed Lift as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge for 01 (One) year (free of cost) and provide technical consultency for 02 (two) years after Successful Commissioning of the Lifts with free of cost.
