6.A Commitment Latter Must Be Submitted To Start Work At Any Time As Per The Demand Of AFCCL Authorities.
7.Only Reputed Civil Construction firm/contractors who have minimum 05 (Five) years’ experience in Civil construction works under Bangladesh Govt./semi-Govt./Corporation/ Autonomous organization.
8.The Certification of successful completion of civil construction works shall have to be issued by an authorized officer not below the rank of Grade-9 of concerned department with official address, seal and phone number.
9.Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimated cost shall be rejected.
10.No JVC is Allowed.
11.If any bidder submits fake document along with the tender,then necessary action will be taken as per PPR Act.
12. If the final price of the work,official address, seal and phone number is not mentioned in the submitted certificate, it will be considered as canceled.
13. All Others Required Qualification Terms & Condition As Per TDS.
