* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 13333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 40000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 13333333 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
All e-Gp Registered tenderer in Bangladesh & who fulfill the Qualification Criteria as below :
a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
b) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk 1,30,00,000/- under single contract over a period of last 5 years shall be required. Similar work experience must be supported by work completion certificate. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1,45,00,000/- [In case of liquid assets, statement (print) of bank accounts of the bidder issued within 28 days before bid submission deadline; in case of working capital, the last year audited balance sheet of the bidder; in case of credit facilities, as per standard tender document, the certificate issued by the bank referencing to this package number, tender ID and reference number should be considered for evaluation.]

d) The tenderer should fulfill the other requirements of the terms & conditions described in the Tender Document (i.e. stated in Tender Data Sheet, Particular Conditions of Contract & Technical Specifications.
In case of shortage of any requirement, the tenderer will be treated as non-responsive.
