Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 800000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2400000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 800000 ~ 2400000.
Eligibility criteria:
ITT 9.1(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 5 years.
ITT9.1(b) The minimum specific experience in Interior works of at least 2 contract(s) of successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk.7 (seven) lakh..
ITT 10.1 (a) Required average annual construction turnover for the bidder is taka 7 (seven) Lac over the last 5 years.
(b) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 6 lakh
ITT 19.1(l) Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:
01. Up to date trade license
02. VAT registration certificate
03. Tax Payment Certificate
04. Bank Solvency Certificate supporting minimum liquid assets.
05. Supporting documents covering general experience
06. Both Work order copy and Work Completion Certificate for proving specific experience, will be required to be submitted.
ITT 23.1(j) The required reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and audited balance sheet shall be for the past 2 years.
