(iv) Copy of proprietorship/partnership deed/memorandum of association/certificate of Incorporation.
(v) Letter naming the person authorized to sign on behalf of the Bidder.
(vi) Experience certificate with work of satisfactorily completed the garden maintenance works amounting 5 lac only is single or multiple work orders within 02 (three) years in any govt./auonomous bodies/maltinational company in Bangladesh.
(vii) Minimum 03 (three) years of expereince as general contractor.
(viii) Copy of current bank solvency certificate.
