Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 7166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 21500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 7166666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) General Experiences:
The tenderer shall have five (05) years of general experience in erection, testing & commissioning of 230kV GIS & AIS bays and three (03) years of general experience in 230kV GIS & AIS XLPE cable termination works. In this connection, experience certificates/contract agreement shall have to be submitted by the bidders. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
b) Specific Experiences:
b1) The tenderer shall have the satisfactory completion of 230kV or higher voltage GIS & AIS XLPE cable termination work of minimum BDT 65,00,000.00 (Sixty Five Lac) under one (01) contracts in the last Two (02) of years in PE’s organization . In this connection, completion certificates/copy of contract agreement of the contract shall have to be submitted. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
b2) The tenderer shall have the satisfactory completion of 230kV or higher voltage GIS & AIS bays erection, testing & commissioning work of minimum two (02) contracts of 230kV GIS bays and One (01) contracts of 230kV AIS bays in the last five (05) of years in Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous/ Public Limited Electricity Company of Bangladesh . In this connection, completion certificates / copy of contract agreement of the contract shall have to be submitted. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
