Eligibility criteria:
a. All the tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;
(I) Last 03(three) years general experience of supply of goods and related services ;
(II) The specific experience as supplier in supply of similar nature goods of minimumTk 18,27,000/-(Eighteen lac twenty seven thousand) under 02(two) contract successfully completed within the last 3 years i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
(III) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of medicine TK.18,27,000/-(Eighteen lac twenty seven thousand) per year
(IV) Certificate of Bank solvency with minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of Tk 20,88,000/- ( twenty lac eighty eight thousand);(ITT Clause-15.1; From PG3-8)
(V) Up-to-date Valid Trade License;
(VI) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(VII) e-BIN (13 digit) registration certificate;
(VIII) Up-to-date Drug License of the Manufacturer;
(IX) Up-to-date Annexure for each time;
(X) At least 12 (twelve) years Continue production documents;
(XI) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(XII) Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/Manufacturer (if a trader is not a manufacturer);
(XIII) Sample of all item of medicine (one strip) must be submited to the PE Office as per technical specification on or before tender opening date
and time.
